Parking was onsite and only $5.00. It was close enough to everything that I didn’t need to use bag check. Registration was very efficient and quick.
Nothing too difficult for obstacles. The toughest was the uneven ground which was an ankle killer if you weren’t careful. (Worse than Barre.)
Like the medal and tech shirt.
This was a fun non-competitive event.
This was my second time at this event. It is more of a beginner race, but has the fun of getting free wine at the end. Not an overly competitive field, so if you are someone like me who doesn’t typically come out near the top, here is your chance to feel awesome.
You will get wet, but you get a shot of wine at mile 2 and either samples or a full glass at the end and you get to keep the glass. Awesome medal that doubles as a wine bottle plug. Nice tech shirt.
The festival area is awesome. I couldn’t stay this year, but did last year. Live band, pizza, and of course wine for sale.
Such a nice, fun event. Great communication too.
