It’s the week after the Obstacle Course Race World Championships – and Josh and Sandy were there, running all four events! On this episode, we discuss the weekend, specifically covering the 3k and 15k course options from both a competitive and journeyman point of view. The New England Spahtens had more people in attendance than many countries – and everything from podium placers (congratulations Marie!) to journeymen and fun runners!
