WOW 10-28-2013

The Zombie apocalypse is upon us!  Last chance workout!  Grab a towle, some water and your big bor/girl britches and lets rock this WOW!

Print this worksheet and fill in these movements.

  1. Air Squats
  2. Mason Twists
  3. Burpee
  4. Mountain Climber
  5. Super Man (4 reps per set, hold for 5 seconds each)
  6. Push Up

If you have anything left in the tank after this WOW, take it out on the road or better yet, the woods and go for a 1-3 mile run!  Stay clear of the Zombies!

PS: I heard there has been sightings in Lowell MA!
