WOW 11-26-13

This weeks WOW is ready, are you?  Print out the worksheet, and fill it in with the following movements:

  1. jump squats
  2. scissor kicks
  3. push up
  4. mason twist
  5. burpee
  6. speed skater

 Be sure to do a warm up and joint mobility before rocking this WOW!  For added awesomeness, finish up with a 1-3 mile jog.
