WOW 12-10-13

What’s a better way to warm up than to have a really great workout?  I cant think of anything either so let’s get nice and warm!  Print out this weeks worksheet, and fill it in with the following exercises:

  1. Speed Skater
  2. Mason Twist
  3. Burpee

Now, grab some water and a towel and get ready to rock this WOW!  Bring the intensity to this WOW and you WILL feel the burn!  Once that is over, hit the road (or trails) and grab a nice run of 1-3 miles.  Now, keep being awesome and have a great week!
