WOW 2-17-14

This weeks WOW is high intensity so be prepared to BRING IT!  AROOOOOO!

Print the worksheet, grab some water, a towel and your bas a$$ attitude and fill in the with the following movements:

  1. Split Jumps
  2. Super Plank
  3. Hindu Pushup
  4. In and Outs

Finish off with a great jog (15-20 minutes).
