
This weeks Workout of the Week! Thanks Robert!
Ok people. It’s time to channel your inner CrossFitter and get into this official CrossFit body weight wod. Have fun with this one!
Chelsea:
Each minute on the minute for 30 minutes of:
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 squats
So I can tell you that it was more difficult than I thought to do these 30 simple things in under a minute. I ended up just constantly going and finished my 14th cycle at just over 29 minutes.
That being said, I used a counterweighted pull-up machine (45% of my body weight – getting there!) and approximately 20 of the push-ups were modified.
Nice job! 🙂 It's amazing how these pile up!
