WOW 3/31/2014

This weeks WOW is fast and furious!  It will help you get rid of the grease and grime collected over the weekend!  Print the worksheet  and fill it in with the following movements:

  1. Touchdown Squats
  2. Leg Lifts
  3. Stick Up’s
  4. Marching Plank
  5. Plyometric Push UP
  6. Squat Thrust

Finish with a 20 – 30 minute jog!
