WOW 4-22-13

Time to get your cardio on with Tabata this week! 

Print out the tabata work sheet and fill in the following movements:

Round 1: Jump Squats & Push ups

Round 2: In and Outs & Split Jumps

Round 3: Mountain Climbers & 1 leg glute bridge
