WOW 4-30-2013

Ok people.  This week is another great Tabata WOW!  Time to bring on the calorie burn!

Print your Tabata worksheet here

You will need a Tabata timer, which you can find here

 

Fill out your worksheet with the following exercises:

Round 1

Bicycle Press & Speed Skaters

Round 2

Jump Squats & Scissor Kicks

Round 3

Plank (use different variations) & Burpees

For added suck… I recommend doing a nice 3 mile run FIRST before the workout.  Have a great day!
