WOW 4/21/2014

Todays WOW is a long circuit.  Grab some water, a towel and get ready to ROCK.  Print the worksheet and fill in the following exercises:

  1. Skaters
  2. Stick Up’s
  3. Burpee
  4. Super Plank
  5. Box jump/Step up
  6. Bicycle Crunch

Great job!  You rocked that out.  Now grab your favorite pet rock and take him/her for a 2-3 mile walk!  AROO!
