WOW 5-13-13

Spring is officially upon us!  Get outside and enjoy the weather this week with an outdoor workout!  Print out this AMRAP Sheet and fill it in with the following movements:

Jump Squats

Push Ups

Mason Twist


Now put on your NE Spahtens shirt, get outside and enjoy the weather.  Maybe add a nice jog at the end!  Have a great week.  🙂
