WOW 5-18-13

Ok people.  Last night the Granite State Spahtens training group did this workout.  We liked it so much, we wanted to share it with all of you!  Print this 10 to 1 worksheet, and fill it out with the following exercises in the same order:

Jump Squats

Push Up

Burpee

Box Jump (use stairs if you are home)

Mountain Climbers

**For added awesomeness, run 30 minutes first (like we did)!
