WOW 5-20-2013

This week we will rock a circuit style wod along with a little added attention to our abs!  Feel free to combine this WOW with a nice run to some added cardio and endurance work.

Print out the worksheet and fill it in with the following movements:

Part 1:

  • Bicycle Crunch
  • Mason Twist
  • In and outs
  • Scissor Kicks

Part 2:

  • Jump Squats
  • Pushups
  • Lunges (alternate legs)
  • Tricep Dips
  • Speed skaters (Stay low, keep your chest up)
  • Superman
