WOW 6-23-14

Alright, it’s time for another WOW!  Put on your favorite Spahten gear and lets do this!

Start by printing out this sheet and filling it in with the following exercises.

  1. Tabletop Pushup
  2. Leg Lifts
  3. Burpee

Done?  great job!  Now get to the trails and give me 30… Minutes that is!  have a great day!
