WOW 6-25-13

This weeks WOW is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)!  Print your worksheet and fill it in with the following exercises:

#1: Mountain Climbers

#2: Jump Squats

#3: Scissor Kicks

 

Get out and enjoy the outdoors!  Take a nice 20-30 minute jog then set the timer on your phone for 20:00.  Follow the instructions on your worksheet and rock out as many rounds as you can in 20:00!  You will finish that much better than you were before you started!  You can thank me later…  ;0)  AROO!
