WOW 6-3-13

Ok Spahtens…  Todays home WOW is a slightly new format from what we’ve done so far, so there is no sheet to print.  However, take out some paper and write down the following:

  • Burpee x10
  • Sit ups x10
  • Split Jumps x10

The above = 1 set.  Complete 10 sets as fast as you can!  For some added benefit, run for 30 minutes just before doing this WOW.  If you want to be real bad ass, run 30 min after too!  AROO!!   Feel free to post your times!  I’ll be doing this one tonight and will post my time!
