Time again for another Workout Of the Week (WOW)!
This week we will be doing an AMRAP or As Many Rounds As Possible in 20:00 minutes. So put on your favorite Spartan Race shirt, print the AMRAP worksheet and fill it in with the following exercises:
- Jump Squats
- Mason Twists
For added work walk, jog or weighted ruck before, after or BOTH! Keep being AWESOME! It doesnt come easy. No one will hand you fitness and health. You have to put in the work. Besides, the victory is that much sweeter when you earn it! See you in the mud! Aroo!
