WOW 7/14/14

This weeks WOW is ready to make you sweat!  Grab some water and print this sheet.  Now fill in the sheet with the following exercises!

  1. Knee Up, Sit Up
  2. Burpee
  3. Split Jump  (both legs count as 1)
  4. Ninja Squat
  5. Super Plank

Once you have completed this workout, take it to the woods/street and run for 20-30 minutes!
