WOW 8-6-13

For this weeks WOW we will be doing a circuit.  Print out the “short circuit” worksheet and fill in the following exercises:

Part 1 (ab routine)

  1. Situps
  2. Side Plank (left)
  3. Side Plank (right)
  4. Mason Twists

Part 2

  1. Speed Skaters
  2. Arm Circles
  3. Jump Squats
  4. Pushups
  5. Lunges (Alternate legs)
  6. Burpees

*Finish with a nice cooldown run/jog of at least 1 mile.  If you need an explaination of any of the movements see the Movements explained section (click on the exercise in the list)
