For this weeks WOW we are going to do something a little different…
1st) Go for a 20-30 minute jog
2nd) Take out some paper and write down the following:
- Even:
- 10 In and Out’s
- 5 Burpees
- Odd:
- 7 Push Ups
- 10 Jump Tucks
Now set a stop watch for 30:00 minutes. At the top of each minute do the proper corresponding exercises. Odd = Minutes 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 etc. Even = Minutes 2, 4, 6, 8, etc. Once you are done doing the 2 exercises each minute, you have the rest of that minute to rest. Keep going for the entire 30 minutes!
