WOW 8/27/13

This week it’s time for Tabata Couplets!

Hit the road and do a .5 – 1 mile jog to warm up.

Print your Tabata Couplets worksheet and fill it in with the following exercises:

Round 1

  1. Superman
  2. Pushups

Round 2

  1. Mason Twists
  2. Jump Squats

Round 3

  1. Speed Skaters
  2. Burpees

After you have rocked out this WOD hit the road or trails (treadmill if you must) again and run 20-30 minutes.  Great job!  When is your next OCR?  Keep rocking it’s coming sooner than you think!
