WOW 9-17-2013

This weeks WOW will be a circuit, so get your mind and body in gear and get going! 

Print the worksheet and fill in the following movements:

Part 1 Ab Routine

  1. situps
  2. plank (hold 40 seconds)
  3. Side plank (left)
  4. Side plank (right)

Part 2

  1. Burpees
  2. Jumping Jacks
  3. Push ups
  4. Bear Crawl (10 yards)
  5. Jump squats
  6. Step ups (hold onto something heavy while doing this)

For extra cardio, get out and enjoy the crisp fall air by doing a 3 mile cool down jog!  I hope to see all of you Saturday in VT, AROO!
