Part 1 Ab Routine
- situps
- plank (hold 40 seconds)
- Side plank (left)
- Side plank (right)
Part 2
- Burpees
- Jumping Jacks
- Push ups
- Bear Crawl (10 yards)
- Jump squats
- Step ups (hold onto something heavy while doing this)
For extra cardio, get out and enjoy the crisp fall air by doing a 3 mile cool down jog! I hope to see all of you Saturday in VT, AROO!
