WOW 9-3-13

For this week we’ll do a circuit.  Print the worksheet, and fill it in with the following exercises:

  1. Push Up
  2. In and Outs
  3. Speed Skaters
  4. Super Plank
  5. Jump Squats
  6. Scissor Kicks

If you have time, go for a 20-30 minute jog!
